The Associated Neighborhood Centers (ANC), The McGuffey Centre is committed to the provision of services for the social, emotional, physical and personal economic development of it's constituency. It is the aim of the organization to provide resource referral, education and advocacy for the psycho-social empowerment of the communities served.
